Tomorrow River Ventures (TRV) is a Wisconsin-based Private Equity firm founded by proven operators who identify & invest in opportunities to create immense value through the pursuit of growth & instilling operational excellence. The TRV team is not afraid to roll up our sleeves on distressed opportunities.

What We Ask Before Investing:
- Does the Company have market-leading potential?
- Are there opportunities to cut the complexity?
- What are the growth opportunities (organic, through acquisition, etc.)?
- How do we protect the downside?

Acquisition Target Criteria:
- $2m to $20m in Revenue
- Standalone company, corporate carveouts
- EBITDA target $750K+ Path to profitability; ideally some track record of past profitability
- Industry agnostic; founded by operators with Business Services, Healthcare Technology, Manufacturing, and SaaS experience.

Where is the Tomorrow River?
Located in the heart of Central Wisconsin, the Tomorrow River flows across Portage and Waupaca Counties. Our Chairman has spent summers in Waupaca since childhood and enjoys kayaking the Tomorrow River.
